2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription or purchase within 7 days from the date of transaction.

- Once a service has been activated or used, cancellation may not be possible.
- Pharma24*7 reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription if there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within the eligible refund period.
- If the service has been partially used, a prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of Pharma24*7.
- No refunds will be provided for digital services or software once activated, except in cases of technical failures attributable to Pharma24*7.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds and cancellations are not applicable to promotional or discounted services.
- Pharma24*7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
