1. Introduction

At Pharma24*7, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our Pharmacy Billing Software, Chemist App, and Patient App.
 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription or purchase within 7 days from the date of transaction.
  • Cancellations must be requested through our official support channels: +91 9081111247
  • Once a service has been activated or used, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Pharma24*7 reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription if there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
     

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within the eligible refund period.
  • If the service has been partially used, a prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of Pharma24*7.
  • No refunds will be provided for digital services or software once activated, except in cases of technical failures attributable to Pharma24*7.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.
     

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds and cancellations are not applicable to promotional or discounted services.
  • Pharma24*7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds and cancellations will be resolved as per the laws of Gujarat, India. sagar patel, Today at 12:30 PM .
